Local authorities stress that, towards the October closing, cruise ship activity has resulted in a significant boost for communities, both in urban areas and in the rural areas that make up the tourist circuits.

The 75th berth took place this Tuesday and belongs to the shipping company Princess Cruises, which maintains Mazatlán as a regular stopover on its Pacific itineraries.
