Aqua Expeditions bets on its route between Vietnam and Cambodia

The Peruvian river cruise company Aqua Expeditions expands its market, betting on new destinations, and maintains its route through the Mekong River, between Vietnam and Cambodia. For this, a luxury boat has been built whose investment amounts to 10 million dollars.

During the first year of this route, Aqua Expeditions has transferred 500 passengers, and the idea is to double this number next year.

The ship Aqua Mekong, was built in 2014, and designed by British architect David Hodkinson. It has 20 cabins, ten of them are suites with a balcony, and ten without a balcony. which makes it an intimate vessel for up to 40 passengers.

All suites have air conditioning, those with a balcony, in addition to the panoramic windows, offer a sofa-bed outside.

There is an infirmary with medical staff on board, by the way, all staff speak English.

The itinerary offered by Aqua Expeditions is ascend or descend the Mekong River, from Saigon to Siem Reap, for 8 days 7 nights. The destinations visited are Saigon, My Tho, Sa Dec, Chau Doc, Phom Penh, Kampong Chnang, Tonle Sap Lake, Siem Reap.
