MSC Seaview launched, interior work begins

MSC has one more ship afloat, the MSC SeaviewAlthough this does not mean that the ship is underway, because although the exteriors are finished, the work on the interiors, accessories and furniture remains. Its opening is scheduled for June 2018. The launching ceremony took place in the Monfalcone shipyard in Italy, where the ship is being built.

The MSC Seaview is 323 meters long and has a maximum capacity for 5.179 passengers plus 1.413 people who make up the crew.

The MSC Seaview, second model of the Seaside generation, is based on an innovative prototype, designed for warmer climates, so that passengers can enjoy sailing, the sun and the sea more than ever. In fact, it has a railing that surrounds the ship, and its outdoor areas exceed 43.500 square meters.

As I told you at the beginning, the official launch of the MSC Seaside will be in June 2018, however, in December 2017, a Grand Voyage will be made from Trieste to Miami. During the 2018 summer season this ship will move around the Mediterranean, anchoring in the ports of Genoa, Naples, Messina, Valletta, Barcelona and Marseille.

After the summer, and as a counter-season, the ship will set sail to the Southern Hemisphere to tour the area of ​​Brazil, Santos, Isla Grande, Búzios, Porto Belo and Camboriú.

The MSC Seaview is the second of two identical ships in the Seaside class, her sister ship, the MSC Seaside will enter service in November this year.
