As you can imagine, a lot of information about yachts, cruises, trips and superyachts arrives in my email… well, this competition in which the best superyachts in the world are chosen, the most luxurious, has caught my attention. Every year the most luxurious boats that have been built and that exceed 30 meters in length compete in the World Superyacht Awards.
To make your teeth as long as me, I pass you some of these awards. These are the prizes of the motor superyachts, later I will give you the honors of the sailboats.
- El Explorer award given to the most daring and inspiring trip has been taken by the Glaze, a 49 meter superyacht that is circumnavigating the world.
- The Dilbar has won the prize for the motor yacht of the year of more than 3.000 tons of displacement. The jury was amazed by the 180 cubic meter pool, the largest in a private boat.
- 1.500 / 2.999-ton motor yacht award with Cloudbreak displacement in which there is a fully equipped ski room.
- 500 to 1.499 ton displacement motor yacht award to Joy, a boat in which the quality of construction, its huge windows, and the technical innovations that manage to almost completely silence the noise of the engines are striking.
- Award to the yacht of less than 500 tons and more than 43 meters to La Passion, and the boat called X, took the award to the yacht between 30 and 43 meters in which there is room for a submarine to a seaplane or a 10 meter sailboat.
All these superyachts have won awards and are currently in displacement, then there are a number of ships that are already built, but are not sailing yet.
