Route through the Rías Baixas, oenological journey

Ría_de_MUROS

Can you imagine going on a cruise aboard a sailboat, with spectacular landscapes and in the middle of one of the best Spanish gastronomies, tasting seafood and good wines ... because there is not much to imagine and it is that a cruise through the Galician Rías Baixas can provide you with all this

Our proposal is that you know an itinerary, through the estuaries of Vigo, Pontevedra and Arousa, of one or several days through these landscapes.

At the moment I am providing you with one of the proposed itineraries, but I know that from this article you are going to investigate much more. These trips are already available, and are valid until October 15 when the season closes.

I'll start with the Route Treasures of the estuaries, lasting three days. The journey begins in the port of Vigo and the first stop is on the island of San Simón. The first night he sleeps in Baiona, and then when he wakes up to Cíes Island, National Park. As it is a nature reserve, the number of people who can access them is limited, so that nature is not damaged.

From the Cíes Islands, you can directly access the Albariño and Camellia route, visiting the places of Sanxenxo, O Grove, Ons Islands, and Illa de Arousa, until you reach Villagarcía.

Then there is the option Islas Atlánticas and Villas Marineras, lasting one day, whose program varies depending on the day of the week. The routes are every day except Monday, and they start at ten in the morning until five in the afternoon, approximately. If you choose the route through the Ría de Vigo you will have the possibility to navigate between mussel rafts and try this Galician delicacy in the same boat that reaches all corners of the world.

These are a couple of proposals and routes, in the ports of the Rías Baixas you will find others. Yes, I tell you that all companies have the authorization of the Xunta de Galicia and maintain a high respect for its natural environment, which is why most routes are made by catamaran or sailing boats.
