Royal Princess, the incredible sensation of walking on water

The Royal Princess ship is a Royal-class cruise ship of the Princess Cruises shipping company, which entered service just five years ago, in June 2013. It has a capacity for 3.600 passengers and 520 crew members.

This ship moves through the North Sea, during this summer, especially interesting are his cruises to Scottish lands and then in September he will move to the Caribe, where it will carry out the entire season of our winter.

At the Royal Princess you can lose yourself among its 19 bridges, measures 330 meters in length by 38 in beam and inside it houses 1.780 cabins and suites of different categories.

One of the things that will impress you the most, and will not leave you indifferent about this boat is its modern and innovative Sea Walk bridge, 40 meters highIt is perfect to have the feeling that you are walking on the sea, and it is that it has a glass floor. Besides of atrium spanning three bridges and it is built around the “Plaza”, in the Italian style and the authentic social heart of the ship.

As for gastronomy and restaurants, on board you will have many possibilities to choose from, I give you some examples:

  • Sabatini's restaurant, with Italian specialties, awarded as one of the best specialty restaurants on the sea,
  • Ocean Terrace, the new "seafood" bar with oriental food sushi, sashimi, ...
  • Chocolate Journeys SM, in the main restaurant and in the Horizon Court, exclusive desserts for this ship,
  • All-you-can-eat buffet with international food throughout the day,
  • Traditional barbecues by the pool

And some more
And entertainment is not lacking, since in addition to traditional shows, for example they propose you to attend recordings of television programs live. They are made on bridge 7.

I do want to tell you that this cruise is not designed for those who do not speak English, which is the official language of the ship, since no information in spanish. What can happen is that the crew understands you and wants to explain what you want to know.
