In the spring of 2017 the Silver Muse will start sailing, the new flagship of Silversea Cruises, and for which reservations and itineraries are now available through the website. This modern and super luxurious boat weighs just over 40 tons, has capacity for 596 passengers and the company presents it as an evolution of Silver Spirit.

The Indochine, is an Asian style restaurant, which evokes the spices of Mumbai, with the pleasures of Thailand and Vietnam. Those who love Japanese food have Kabuki, with balanced menus inspired by the five elements of nutritional Japanese cuisine, respecting the balance between yin and yang.

On the terrace you will have authentic recipes and the freshest ingredients of Italian cuisine by chef Alberto Colombo. As a novelty, it will offer an olive oil cellar, a mozzarella bar, a seafood station and an Italian salumería (which is like a Spanish bocatteria). Also outdoors is Regina Margherita exclusive of pizzas made in the oven.

The Plata Muse, an elegant bar and grill specializes in seafood. Following the search for excellence in counting MaDame by Relais & Châteaux®, the highest expression of excellence in French cuisine.

Hot Rocks offers kitchen in stones (very) hot, you can cook meat, fish or vegetables directly on your table, or you can place the stone in the soup plate.

And last but not least the Silver Notes where small plates of international style tapas are served, accompanied by jazz and blues music.
