Innovative paddle steamer MS Elbe Princesse will sail the Elbe and Vltava River route between Berlin and Prague starting this spring. It has capacity for 80 passengers in 40 cabins. If you want more information about this trip you can read the article that we already wrote about this journey.

A smaller boat, but not without its comforts, is La pèniche Déborah, with capacity for only 24 people divided into 12 cabins, which will make a new itinerary along the Briare canal, between Burgundy and the Loire Valley. An identical ship is La pèniche Danièle, who will make an itinerary along the Burgundy canal. I promise to keep up with both of you and write about the details of these river cruises.

Already for next year Croiseurope will inaugurate the MS Douce France II and MS Symphonie II that will sail the Rhine and the Danube respectively. As I said at the beginning, these are not exactly new boats, but they have been completely renovated and have changed their category.

There will be a new boat on the Douro River from April 2017, Larger, with capacity for 132 passengers in 66 cabins, of a modern design and with all the comforts and new technologies on board. 8-day cruises will be offered on the Rio de Oro from Porto to Regua, Vega de Teron, Ferradosa and Pinhão.

And lastly and perhaps the most spectacular, On the Mekong River, the RV Indochine, a neo-colonial-style ship with a capacity of 60 passengers, will be inaugurated in 30 cabins with balcony. The route you will follow is the Mekong, from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh and in reverse.
