The other day, seeing the options for Valentine's Day offered by the different companies, I named you in passing The Bristo, one of Oceania Cruises' most exclusive specialty restaurants. Well, today I got the news that The Bristo will introduce new dishes to its already exquisite menu. I give you all the details below.

At this point This French food restaurant is available on the Flagship and Riviera ships and from the end of March you will find it at the Regatta, Nautica, Marina and Sirena.

Oceania Cruises has expanded its bistro-style lunch offering across its fleet by introducing an absolutely new list of menus.I'm talking to you nothing more and nothing less 600 new dishes. Don't think one or two have changed.

Every day The Bistro offers you five starters, four soups and salads, and eleven main courses. Now, among all these dishes, flavors from different countries have been introduced, although the French air that chef Jacques Pépin gives to all his dishes is maintained. 14 flavors of the world have been chosen, from Cuba, Mexico, Scandinavia, Italy, Asia, Greece, France, Lebanon, Spain, Morocco, England, the Philippines, the Caribbean and India.

To give you an idea of the dishes on the menu you have pickled vegetables and roasted chicken with lemongrass from the Philippines, kefta lamb from Lebanon, chickpea and eggplant salad from Morocco or herring marinated with polar bread from Scandinavia. If you want to continue eating like at home, and you really like the Spanish flavor, from our land we have the veal dumplings, Valencian spinach and orange salad, Manchega toast with tomato, garlic prawns, squid with aioli and, of course, a wide assortment of Iberian products.
